Configure Workforce Management

The WFM menus in Application Management are used to configure the WFM application of Calabrio ONE. You have access to the WFM application if you are licensed for it.

NOTE   Your administrator role can access only the features and permissions enabled by your service provider. This section might list features and permissions that are not available to you in Calabrio ONE.
